We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Please read the following guidelines:

  1.  Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
    – Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    – We accept returns and exchanges for clothes & shoes.
    – Underwear, accessories, parfumes and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2.  Return Process:
    – To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order.
    – The delivery team will handle the pickup of the item from your provided address at no extra cost
    – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
  3.  Exchange Process:
    – If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team.
    – We will arrange for the delivery of the new item to your provided address, with a small delivery fee (20 MAD).
    – Once the exchange item is received, we will process any price differences accordingly.
  4. Refund Process:

    – Refunds will be issued in the form of a purchase voucher, redeemable on our website, within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    – The purchase voucher holds the value of the order and can be used for any future purchases on our website. It is valid for a period of two years from the day the order is returned.
    – Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

  • Shipping:

  • My Account:
    To stay updated on the progress of your order, you can easily track its status on our website. Simply log in to your account on Originals.ma and navigate to the “My Orders” section. There, you will find the most up-to-date information regarding your order.

– If the status of your order is “In Progress” it means your order is currently being processed.
– If the status of your order is “Shipped” it indicates that your order has been processed and shipped for delivery.
– If the status of your order is “Cancelled” it means that your order has been canceled.

Within 24 hours (working days) after order validation, you will receive a shipping code via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message. This code will allow you to track the delivery of your order.

To track your order, visit www.Originals.ma and click on the “Track Your Order” option in the menu. You will be redirected to the website of our delivery company, where you can conveniently monitor the progress of your package.
